Does this seem wierd to any of you?....

i brought a plant indoors because it wasnt doing very well outdoors and i keep the lights on 24 hours a day. today i found out it was a female because on the stalk there are small calyxes with small pistilate hairs , but how was it able to "preflower" under 24 hours of constant light?

thats completely normal. when a plant matures it will show preflowers, light cycle doesnt matter.
