Does this plant look like it could do with more light ?

Week 3 flower .don't know wether it's genetics or the other plants in the tent are superior or wether I really need more light or maybe too much nitrogen ?

have 3 plants in a 4x4 under one 480w qb

I ran a similar set up for a few yrs and it vegged great but I was always left a little let down at flower. I’m sure it had something to do with the grower too lol but more light helped.
