Does this look like a male? Is there anyway it could be a hermie?

Yes ... its a male. You can clearly see the pollen sacs in the larger pic.

Thats what I was afraid of. It sucks cause its my first grow and this was the only plant oh well. Now I will just have to plant the WW seeds.

Will a male make seeds? Its in a room by itself so it cant hurt anything . Any reason to keep it?

The only reason to keep it would be for its pollen. You can collect the pollen and store it in the refridgerator in case you want to pollenate a female in the future to make seeds, or a cross between two plants.
