Does this lady look overwatered?

This D-HOG (Dutch Hawaiian OG) have been on the same watering schedule for her entire life. She hasgotten quite large and I wonder if, as the roots fill up the pot space, she needs more time to dry between waterings? It certainly looks like over-watering to me, I'm just looking for some second opinions.

You are right they do look over watered but since they are outside it could be a humidity thing
 
Thanks, hogbud. And a humidity thing huh, I had not considered that. Ideal is 30% correct? I am growing in a greenhouse. During the day the sides are opened and then at night I close them again to control temperature. I'm working on the assumption that temperature control is more important that humidity control...
