Does This Bud Look Moldy?

Hard to tell.. Does it smell moldy. It should have a distinct smell. I don't think I would smoke it.
 
Not really much a smell to it, The reason i ask is because around the same time i started my grow i had bought this bud off a friend and ive been feeling kinda sick.. head ache, light headed, nauseous, dizzy, and im not sure if its from smoking this weed or if its from my plants... im getting really irritated and i dont want to kill my babies if there not the cause... so i figured id look into seeing if there is possible mold on here...
 
Well just smoke and see if it makes you sick, if it does, stop, and if it stops then that's your problem.
 
Moldy bud that I've seen is usually pretty moist. I honestly think you caught something that could be why you're feeling like crap??
 
yea its been 10 days since i started my grow and 10 days since i got this weed... thanks for the help jesco i appreciate your time... i think i might just throw this away and stop smoking until im ready to harvest my own buds.... ive recently became weary of buying off friends because they get it from a connect and you never know what they are using to fertilize and what not.... this is my first grow and like i said i just hope it isnt my plants.. that would be shity...
 
I'm almost positive it's not your plants . But yeah as for the bud just toss it ,it's not worth the risk. You don't have any connects that sell good tree where you live?
 
Smoked good shit for the last year every single day $60 a 8th but recently lost my job so high grade as of right now is out of the picture... im going to make a different account and i will upload my plants ill let you know its me jesco.... dont think its a good idea to have my city and a letter of my name in my user name lol i just made this real quick...
 
I'd have to say the high moisture content of a sample of bud would be a foremost sign that something might not be kosher with it. Although if it is dry there is a possibility that it was left to finish drying after it had begun to develop mold already. The best way to tell would be to look at it under a powerful magnifying glass or a pocket microscope (like the kind you would use to check trichomes). Fungal hyphae are thread-like and quite distinct looking.
 
Appreciate the help yall, im tossing it not worth the health risk and it was cheap anyway... ive thrown more money away at naked ladies lol
 
So many threads about posable mold, there doesnt look like mold! And everybody just says throw it away

Up and burn down the house. Mold smells like mold! And you can see mold. My advice is if you feel sick
Our sick never throw away bud make butter or cookies!
