To flip i guess? weird yellowing on the new growth not sure if normal/

Honestly i would scope those very good at 60x-100x, not trying to scare but last time my plants looked like that i found russets, it's worth a check especially if they are clones or you mix indoor/outdoor.

A little more information on the medium, feedings and any issues you had earlier. Including water and pH.
Promix bx, feeding AN three part, feeding at about 3/4 recommended strength almost every watering phed at 6.3. No issues so far until now
Hey thanks for the input, i only have a macro lense attachment for my phone. Is this enough magnification?

They’re large enough to handle a full strength feed. I always recommend aeration with skewers or long screwdrivers or whatever it takes to reach the bottom of the container. Often the bottom roots become compacted.

Its not impossible to catch them with a macro lense but a light/early infestation isn't easy to see at all. Look up broad/russet mites just to get an idea of what early infestations look like, usually you need to look under the fan leaves between leaves and petiole ect, they hide in those cracks.
Your new growth appears to be rolling upwards and some fan leaves curve hard to one side, which is a good sign to check for mites.
Not saying you actually have them, could very well just be a pH/environment issue and that's how your phenotype responds to that type of stress, it does look like you have some kind of root/nute issue that could simply be related to all your problems.
Are they clones?
Do you share indoor/outdoor items?
Did you let it get too hot/dry in there?

Temp 17 night / no higher than 28 with lights on.
Rh arround 35-45
There are several other plants in the tent which aren't showing the same symptoms, would pests be wide spread or can they be local to a single plant ?

Generally yes, most come from a host plant and don't like to move much until they can no longer thrive, you will see the damaged areas get worse by the day but something tells me its likely a nutrient/root/environment issue instead.
28C at 35-45% rh will work fine with most lights, you might have picky strains if using those values under a strong HID light and that can also fringe up new growth when the light is too close.
Thanks for the help i appreciate it, csn you recommend any corrective action on how to proceed? The plant seems to still be growing fine but symptoms also seem to be getting worse

Crinkled growth and a mosiac looking twisted leaf, before i start digging through my wallet my plan would be to first scope the plant at no less than 60x (100x preferred for first timers) and confirm its not bugs, you can buy a cheap loupe with an LED light from amazon.
If you don't find bugs its time to go over your environment,roots & feeding habit.
