wher is the 400W MH ? I only see CLFs .. and droopy plants .. dont keep the MH to close .. its get hot .. and make sure you got good ventilation and some kind of fans ..

p.s.'what kind of soil is that ? and do your buckets have bnice drain holes in em ? might consider to start em in smaller cups/pots ..

Y u have all the cfls with that mh. Imo lose the cfls. Good luck. Kybudz
