Does it make a difference to growth?

I currently have about 2 27Watt CFL's and 4 13Watt CFL's.

My plant is in it's 4th week of veg, I was wondering if it would make a difference if I changed those 4 13watt bulbs to 23 Watt bulbs during flowering.. or if i could just change them now, and keep them through flowering.

I basically mean to ask, will it cause a bigger change in growth if the light intensity increases to more than it was in veg? or does it not matter when the light intensity changes?

Yes, it will make a difference in veg and in flowering. Do it as soon as possible. Also, you should have blue bulbs for veg and red bulbs for flowering. Btw, Home Depot has 40 watt bulbs. Those would be a lot better.

so i should just change it to 27 watts or whatever change i have to make... right now?.. dont wait till flower?
