They didn't respond to both new customer inquiry emails of mine. I gave them 5 days each email. Then sent them an email of poor customer service and letting them know I have chosen another vendor due to their no reply. It was a nice email.
Got an email back within 4 hrs answering my 2 week old email from Alice mentioning they had bad email problems. Well, why the hell didn't you respond until I sent an email that you had lost my business?
Noticed in the question section they say something to the effect ...we will reply to emails unless we don't like your email......
Sounds to me they have enough business and don't need mine.
Anyway Attitude is better prices including Nirvana seeds. Glad it happened so I decided to try several vendors seeds.....Good luck
