those things fly around me neighborhood all the time. a couple weeks ago, for a week straight, they basically roof-hopped around my neighborhood for like a week straight. everynight he'd get really low, an you could see the police symbol on the side, with the light on an shit, shining in peoples windows, fuckin asshole
