Does anybody have experience with KQO Quantum boards?

saw these on amazon and thought it could be cool to try a DIY light, i know they are not the newest diodes and are slightly less efficient but starting out covering a large area with these and slowly swapping out with more efficient could be a decent strategy for a new set up, thoughts?

Yeah, it's misleading with the pictures. Doesn't seem bad for $46 though.
