Does an A/C like this exist?

So, the air conditioner I have gives me grief every summer on cool nights. When it's hot outside, it runs fine, and my room stays nice and cool. But when it's chilly outside - and that of course is usually at night, when my lights are on - the air conditioner won't turn on the cooling unit. It just recirculates the air in the room, and within a few hours it's 90F. I can manually open windows but then I don't have the airflow like with an air conditioner, I really don't want to put a window fan in for various reasons, one being that you can see through them.

Basically this is what I want - an air conditioner that, instead of recirculating when it's too cold outside, will blow clean, fresh, cool air from outside, the end result being that if it's cold outside, it's cold in the room.

I'd be willing to pay a pretty penny for something like this... does it exist?

Not that I'm aware of.
I have the same problem.
I have to set up fans differently in the summers then I do in the winter.
This summer I am going to try putting a in line fan from my window at night to my grow area. Put it on a separate timer and I hope this will work.
Guess I was no help.

if you put an inline fan in the window then just put a thermostat controller box in too. they only cost around $65 and then you plug them into the timmer. that way it won't get too cold in the room.

Simper Fidelis, Marine!

Check my Bio out. I was kinda Army.
I was attached to the CIA. I don't know how it happened, but it was 1971, and vietnam was hot and heavy I was attached to them, and I was pleased. You know what I mean. It was interesting.

if you don't want to plop down the coin for a mini split you could just get a portable a/c. sounds like your a/c thermostat is outside of your grow room for some reason. not sure why.
