So what does "legalisation" mean? We can grow it, smoke it, buy it and sell it? How bout dealers... what would happen to them? Simply a price drop or will most of them go out of buisness?

the NDP just wants to decriminalize small amounts. just this month the liberals decided they want to legalize and regulate marijuana like alcohal

i assume dealers would still be around but they would have to drop prices
