I would like to think of it like this:
If your light caters to the home grower and commercial grower than adding a “daisy chain” feature is important.
It’s common now to find bar lights that can be adequate for 4x4 and bigger spaces.
I would also think a higher percentage of home growers wouldn’t benefit due to lack of space of the need to daisy chain lights but shouldn’t disregard such a feature if at the driver level is not costly to manufacture. Growers love to have tools, and abilities to be more diverse as needed when needed.
I want to see more “smart” bar lights where it can connect to Wi-Fi and you can go into an “app” on your phone to dial in spectrums, timers, sunset/sunrise effects etc. and monitor remotely.
