Do you need a manufacturing and distributing license to donate to clubs if your a medical marijuana patient?
I'm trying to donate my harvest to clubs but they say I need a manufacturing and distribution license. Is there any way around this because even a micro distributer is around $10000 plus other fees. This seems ridiculous to me since I'm such a small grower and not some large business. It's also very confusing to try and figure out.
I do have my medical marijuana card and my growers license for up to 99 plants.
Any help with understanding this or finding other ways would greatly be appreciated, ty in advance.
