I'd like to hear some opinions on this subject.
1.) When the gas meter reader comes arround to take a reading, what would happen if:
a.) He smelled an odor
b.) He heard a buzzing noise
c.) Saw an orange colored light eminating from a wooden box
d.) Very little gas was used
e.) Nobody ever home
2.) What about the electric company when they read the meter outside ?
a.) Condensation on the windows
b.) The meter was spinning at a high rate of speed
c.) The bill was 20% or greater than previously
3.) The water department:
a.) Greater than 15000 gallons of water was used in a given quarterly
billing cycle
b.) A constant flow of water displayed on the meter
