Do Utility Companies Narc People Out ?

b.) He heard a buzzing noise
c.) Saw an orange colored light eminating from a wooden box
d.) Very little gas was used

2.) What about the electric company when they read the meter outside ?

a.) Condensation on the windows
b.) The meter was spinning at a high rate of speed
c.) The bill was 20% or greater than previously

3.) The water department:

a.) Greater than 15000 gallons of water was used in a given quarterly
billing cycle
b.) A constant flow of water displayed on the meter

Ive had the power company call my home about my electric useage,i had 6 1,000 watt hps, 2 1,000 watt mh,4 florescents,dehumidifier & all the related fans & blowers going plus the electric useage from living in the home,my bills were fukin massive but always paid as soon as they came in the mail.

I told them i kept reptiles with heat rocks,they didnt buy it,before long they had assholes dressed up like meter readers (cops) around my house lookin at my meter once a week,like i wouldnt notice them .

A friend of mine,who was a sanatation supervisor with the city at the time called me up & told me that the police requested that my garbage be picked up every week on time in a regular garbage truck, but to be kept seperate in the back of the truck then transfered a few blocks away to a city owned pick up drove by a cop.

This was about 20 years ago when humans handeled everything,nowdays all billing is done by computer automatically.
