do trichs turn even after you chop?

will the trichs look the same a few days after i chop, vs. say... 3 months down the road? is it a natural process for them to keep changing over to amber, or is a live plant necessary to keep them changing?

So they no longer mature any more after the cut?, say 5%-10%more or so after you cut during drying process? IE moisture is still in it and hanging upside down may force some into the buds????

Stretch, but is this possible?

I believe the bud has to be ALIVE to actually mature more, Once you cut it you pretty much stop all maturation. My buds have been curing for almost 3 weeks, and the trichs look exactly the same as they did when I decided to harvest. If they did change it was so little that I could not tell by looking through a scope. I ended up about 20% amber 80% cloudy. Real heart racing kind of high.

even after you chop your lady , shes still alive, probably for a day or 2....as long as theres water in them, their still alive, I read this in high times.... so yeah maybe, possably ( but i doubt it) the trichs could turn color up to a couple days after you harvest...
