if you see clusters of white hairs, it's in flower. But as far as that picture goes I can't tell lol.

Should i start uppomg bloom? Right now i give it grow 5ml micro 5ml and bloom 1ml

Indoors with soil and GH nutes I would have never used grow but personally micro has plenty of nitrogen and the soil does too, id 5 - 5 micro/bloom for a week, two feedings, 1 water then slowly add more bloom to the 5 micro.but a spike in micro for nitrogen can't hurt here and there I imagine.

Look up the Lucas Formula on google, it explains it alot better then me.
