Do these look healthy?

Hey i just wanna know how im doing on my first grow indoors under 2 40 watt tube fluorescents im growing in miracle grow organic mix and the small plants and under 24/0 light cycle and the bigger one i started flowering becuase i herd you start around 12 inches i also know its female but i just wanted to know how im doing and if you guys got any tips or anything thanks alot!

i reckon your going to need alot more lighting to flower.

They look healthy but I would use more light for flowering, but the more lights you use for veg to then the more you cut down on veg time

the younger ones are around 3 weeks and the big ones on 5

I'd use a min of 130w of CFL for flowering 1 plant, I have plants that are 4 months old

To each there own, but I wouldnt recommend flowering until you see alternating stem branching.My impresion is your not going sea of green so vegging some more would only be in your best interest.
Just Chemicals™ opinion though
