do these look alittle small for 28 days?

they havnt got much light thats why i ask and everyone elses look alot further along.

yes for 28 days they do look a little small. Are you monitoring the ph of your water?
Ph is crucial to plant success.

Also do you have some kind of Fan on them? The stem on the one to the left is also very thin.

i had one on but i got busted and my dad took it so it doesnt really matter anymore lol.
