do seedlings shrink?

Im just wondering. Well, my plants JUST sprouted a couple days
ago and the shell finally came off this morning and all day they
seem like they are getting smaller. Its weird, is this a problem or normal?
oh by the way, their under the light right now. is it too soon for them?

indirect lighting is best. you dont want them under a big ass light from the start. it sounds light they are losing moisture. i would move the light back a little and keep the soil moist. good luck

lol okay their still getting some light
but they arent as close as before.
lol i spray them with water alot.
so i dont think its moisture.
