do my plants look ok??

this is my first grow and i was wondering did my plants look like they where doing ok?? if anyone can help i would appreciate it.

i was noticing some growers have more growth but i also noticed that they have been topping their plants as well

Why are they double cupped ?
Are there plenty of drainage holes in the cups ?
Lastly, do you have a fan blowing on them ?

Dont worry about things like that man just sit back relax and the plants will do all the work...some people are taller than others some plants will grow differently than others.

yea i do have drainage holes on the cups the second cup is to catch the drainage. also I'm starting to see roots coming out of the drainage holes I'm wondering when should i transplant them?? i plan on using smart pots. and i do need to get a fan for them.

Cool, just make sure they aren't sitting in a pool of water.
A fan will help strengthen the spindly stems.

vostok they are almost three weeks I'm using promix hp and peat pellets the light I'm using a sun blaze t5 the temp has bee around 74 to 80f humidity around 80 to 90%
