Got a open apt with window cracked, one 600w hps and one 400w mh 3rd week into flowering, snow white, blackjack, and ice.I have a c02 tank,i read that u only need for enclosed grow rooms.when winter comes i will have to shut window.i will b running exhaust out chimney.flowering room is in living room with door blocking kitchen so no light enters flowering room.I was thinking about running fresh air from kitchen to living room along the wall and the length of plants with holes poked in trunk ,and the end of trunk capped off.Or should i just use the c02 tank

ambient house air contains on average 600ppm Co2 twice the minimum for plant growth.

Co2 is only really needed in sealed environments IMO because to be of best effect extraction needs to be turned off during the bursts and the temps need to be higher. upper 80's.

outside air has an average of 300 ppm Co2 .
