Hi, I just recently received my Nevada Medical Marijuana application but do not know how to proceed on one area of the form, pictured below.
As you can see, it says "Participants...must designate their physical address as their growsite. The only exception is when a participant has a primary caregiver"
I rent a room in a house, month to month. Some of my roommates smoke. I don't plan on growing. If the state ever wanted to check up on my non-existant grow, they may start arresting some of my roommates.
Shouldn't I, therefore, tell the state that I am using a caregiver?
If I'm thinking this through correctly, would anyone be interested in being my caregiver, maybe we could split the additional legal grow that you're allowed by Nevada?
