do I flower now?

10 inches tall 8/9 nodd under 400 do I wait or flower now...about 3weeks old or so........could be 4...in not sure

plants double sometimes triple in size so if you started flowering now your plant would be 20 to 30 inches tall. If you could let it get 5 ft I'd let it get 15 to 18 inches before I switched so if it only doubles you'll still have a decent sized plant but if it triples you'll still have the room.
