I believe so. THC and CBD along with many other cannabinoids have shown to have cancer fighting properties.
Many of the strains that are listed as medical really aren't any different from the others, usually just a potency difference.
Some tinctures and oils made from cannabis have even been known to treat and heal some skin conditions.
Being illegal under federal law not enough medical studies have been done to get any solid results.

they all do but generally you just have to find ones that work for you. I have found the ones labeled medical are usually heavy indica leaning plants that in a way mimic narcotic "traditional" medicines that help with sleep, good for pain, and unlike "traditional" medicines stimulate your appetite. i find indicas help me with my issues but I have friends who find sativas cure their ailments much better

Yes...low cbb and cbn strains are good for mood, motion disorders,...high cdb/cbn for pain and sleep....well, it's more complicated then that, but it's a guide...

Two of the main cannabanoids that affect the "high" mj gives you.Thc is the main thing people look for...it's the "high"..Cbd and cbn are the "stoned"...

Thats what I never got; There havent been tons of studies on how much of a factor each cannabinoid is. Just because 95% of the cannabinoids are THC, CBD, and CBN, doesn't mean that they play the biggest part. That 5% could be the difference between couchlock stoned, and an up high. right? or wrong?

I think wrong. Those 3 are definitely the big 3. Not saying there aren't other cannabinoids that play some sort of role, but those are the main 3.

The short answer is yes. The difficulty lies in matching cannabanoid content with illness.
Quite simply, science only has a basic understanding of how combinations of cannabanoids interact. tons of research is needed to define specific applications.
