Hello

Sour Tangie Rocks. Got 24 oz from 3 plants. Vegged them until they were 40 inches tall. went the whole 10 weeks. its a high yielder as comparison my kosher kush grow of a 6 months back only yielded 11 oz in the same conditions. It is very vigorous. Handles nutes very well. Was grown in soil 10 gal pots under 1000 watt light. Used Veg+Bloom for nutes. High is awesome more head than body but deffinately a mix of the two. All three plants looked the same except I had one that was more vigourous.

citrusgrower thanks for the report. what was the flavor like.
It has a piney smell and taste. Not the most overpowering taste. The buzz is excellent. Very powerful. Since I fucked up my holy grail kush on same grow (overfertillized bad clawing not trichomes). I popped the other 3 beans of Sour Tangie that i had I hope for even better results. The 3 that i have now are looking so good.

i'm in week 4 of flower with my freebie sour tangie. mine definitely has an orange/citrus smell. very vigorous and growing some nice buds

Hey, i am currently on my second run of Sour Tangie, at day 40 in flower at the moment. I also noticed the canoeing of the leaves and wondered what it was about, it was quite extream. but at I wasn't feeding very heavy nutrient EC and max temps were 26 i couldn't understand it. hearing you suffered the same thing makes me think its like someone said, a Pheno thing. Beautiful smoke though, my friends are very jealous! yield was lower than i expected also, but what i lost in quantity was given to me in quality of the smoke.

Actually i had clawing not sure if it is the same as canoeing on my holy grail. My Sour Tangie did not have any problems handling the ferts. while my holy grail was clawing badly and had hardly any trichomes. I have 3 more Sour Tangie in flower right now and they are sexy as hell. one was deficient/not healthy looking during veg. but looks fine now. all 6 beans of sour tangie are going to be super heavy producer. i got 24 oz out of my first 3 and probably will get similar from this grow. I love sour tangie it is was good but not like kosher kush good. Shiiii

I harvested an OZ of KT off of a 1/2 gallon pot. The plant was over 4 feet tall and the main cola was like half an oz. Kosher Tangie is a fuckin dream.

That makes my mouth water. Kosher Kush is awesome but the yield was not good out of 3 plants i got 11 oz. That is why I like sour tangie so much. its a heavy yielder. But not as good as Kosher for sure. I might try KT next time.

Came here while searching about KT clawing leaves. I have a KT cross going at the moment a little less than 3 weeks in flower and some leaves (not all but a few) are clawing pretty good. The max EC I've hit is 1.35 (about 930ppm on a .7 scale). Didn't think that this level of nutrients would cause an N tox since the other 3 strains are getting the same and are fine. Any thoughts? Is it a strain genetic thing going on? The leaves are dark green or anything, very slight tip burn not not much and only on a couple leaves as well.

Anyone else have clawing going on with tangie or KT? What EC level do they like in flower?

About how much was your yeild I have two sour tangies on a self contained fogponics system with a 150 w hps light system. Do you think I will yield a lot. This is my first indoor grow and I'm just trying to get a jest of what I might be getting. Than kyou for your help in advance.

Do you know if the yellowing of the leaves is because nut. lock or because the lack of air flow or a deficancy? Thank you in advance

some of the sour tangie that I have grown have had some yellow leaves and it was due to lack of fertilizer. But since you are worried about nute lock, you feel you have put more than enough. It is a heavy yielder in my grow. I have grown 18 to 24 so far from seeds and only one was a disapointment. That's unusual ususally DNA gear has 20% to 30% dud ratio.
