Certainly not good for anything these days, but standing down a mob of Israeli troops that can't shoot back with lead.
And it is Tech.
I posted some stuff about a hand sling, that some thought, a great idea, for having a "pocket trebuchet" at hand.
It works up into a staff sling and a big 2 person pole treb, as well. But, how to get a pouch and sling on the stick.
First you need to make a pouch and attach it to the string. Bummer. Oh, well, back to video games.
Well, I've seem them mostly with a jean pocket and stitched with a circle of string for re-enforcement. <yawn> Hey, has anyone tried Portal 2, yet? Oh, .....
IAC, these "survive with nothing" shows, had me thinking. Can I make a string? Yes. Two plat, reverse wrap, a la, Barefoot Cody. Need about 6 feet of that. Stick of any size? Yes, I can find that probably, but I don't need it.
(I have lot of golf balls for practice, and a hitting net, to sling into.)
But, what can be the pouch? No pouch, forget, frogs or maybe a bird for dinner. No way to bounce rocks off a Merkava, either.
