Sorry if this is already on the site
When i water, i like to disturb my girls as little as possible, so i built my own watering,.. er bottle.
It lets me hit all parts of the soil without moving pots, or buds. Easy to make, and you probably have everything you need at home to make one yourself.
Parts:
2 liter soda bottle
Cap from a spray bottle (that fits the threads of the 2 liter)
The small disk inside spray bottle cap
length of tubing as long as you'd like it (mines about 18" long) Mine is a length of outer jacket from a cad5 cable.
Wash all parts first and foremost
I boiled all parts for an hour before building.
Simply remove 2 liters cap, and discard
Take top of spray bottle apart so you're left with only the cap and small disk inside of cap
Slide tubing through top of spray cap.
Fill with water, feed away.
You can mark 2 liter with water levels if you wish.
Now you have total control over where and how much water you use.
If water stops flowing, simply tilt bottle back upright, straighten tubing, allowing water to drain from tube, continue watering.
Just make sure bottle is higher than the end of the tube as you water.
