These things cost a fortune so I thought I'd built one myself. Of course you can just use two tables but I enjoy thinking about these things, planning them out and then building lol. This took me just under and hour to built and about 35$ worth of stuff I bought from Home Depot. This is for a 3x3 tray.
Here's what you need:
2" diameter PVC tubing (I used around 25' of the stuff)
8x Tee's
4x elbows
and of course your tray with all the necessary fitting:
I should stress on the importance of measuring twice before cutting lol it's easier to cut an inch off a long tube than to have to cut a whole new piece cause you didn't cut enough the first time. I'm not gonna bother giving exact measurements because you're gonna have to do that and match it with the tray you have.
Step 1: Connect A to B. These are going to run along two opposite side of your tray.
Step 2: Connect C to both elbows. I'm only showing one but you need to do this to both and on the other A tube in the previous picture.
Step 3: Add 2 D's (tees) to the frame making sure the opening is facing upwards (this is going to be where the extra support and legs). Again I'm only showing one side but you need to do this to both sides and to the other A tube as well.
Step 4: Connect E to the rest of the frame and add another tee and a C connector.
Step 5: Now just connect the other A piece from the first picture and you get:
Step 6: Assuming you've been doing the same to the other side just connect it all together.
Step 7: Depending on the depth of your tray, cut a piece (F) that will hold another tee and connect it to the tees that are already on the frame.
Step 8: Add another tee on the little piece you just added.
Step 9: Now add two tubes running across the frame (G). These will provide extra support to the frame and will hold the tray in place as well.
Step 10: Add the legs (H) and turn the table upside down. Cut the legs depending on the size of your reservoir that will go underneath.
And Voila:
Hope this helps!
