First Week:
Well Water: 200ppm
Nutrients + Water: 700ppm
PH: 5.6-6.0
Water Temp: 70F
Nutrients: Lucas Formula
Water Level: half way up net pots
Root Level: Half way from bottom of net pot

Result: Headband started to droop after being transplanted, The hog drooped after a couple of hours, Blue dream stayed good for the first few days.

Week 2:
Distilled water: 0ppm for first 2 days
Reservoir PPM: 380ppm
Nutrients: GH formula Grow 5ml - Micro 2.5ml - Bloom 2.5ml per gallon after day 2
Ph: 5.8
Water Temp: 70F
Water level: for first 2 days 2in below net pots, dried out most of the pot. Added water until net pots touched water.
Root Level: moved them down to an inch or 2 above the bottom of net pot.

Result: slightly worst last 2 days.

Conclusion: DWC/Hydroponics suck donkey balls, followed tutorials to the letter and still got it wrong.

For a start your ppm should be rising slowly, not dropping. Week one I would usually use no nutes, then raise levels to 100% over the first month. Too much too soon does not make for happy plants. Chopping and changing doesn't help much either, not sure what the distilled water was for 2 days? Gradual is good.

The foliage is drying out. You need to more than double the humidity. Use humidity domes and get a cool mist humidifier, $30 at walmart.

I totally agree with you. The plants were doing better yesterday when the temp was 72F even though the Humidity was 24%. When I came in this morning I had forgot to turn up the fan speed so the temp was 82F and the humidity wasnt even registering on the meter. The plants leaves were crispy and drooping. I am going to buy a humidifier at Walmart today.

So your saying my humidity should be at 50%? the air exchanges in my room too fast so im going to have to slow the fan down a bit. I hope this works!

Ill keep you both posted on the results

***UPDATE***

turned off the exhaust fan, used a spray bottle on the oscillating fan and blew a cool mist into the room, misting the plants with some water and bringing the humidity upto 82%

After an hour of doing this I opened the room to check humidity again and it stunk! It has this musty weed smell to it. Before the room had no smell at all!!!
Do you think that a good indicator of humidity is a stinky room?

So had the humidity up the whole day, I misted the plants with water like it would have gotten naturally on a cool morning. It worked great, The plants are turning greener, the leaves are getting more erect, The 2 of the biggest plants shot up from 8-9in, and 7.5 to 8.5in in one day! We bought the small humidifier and it hasnt increased the humidity enough. You see our closet lights are not on an enclosed system, so the humidity is being sucked out of the closet. I reduced the fan strength from full to lowest. The humidity in the air has allowed the closet to enjoy some cooler temps. Its 69F in there right now, so we dont have to have the fan on full blast to keep it under 80F like we did before.

UPDATE: Here is what my plants look like now...

The stems are turning green, though with some stripes on them. BUT one of the plants has the leaf margins curling up. I read that was because its trying to hold in moisture. What do you guys think?

They look much happier than before. Try not to let your RH get above 65% in veg for too long though. Inviting fungal attacks.

I am going to take a guess and say that the one plant that is fringing up on you is nearest to air flow than others. It's fine as long as the leaves don't dry out on you again. A little fringing is ok.
