DIY COB led help and ideas

Hi just starting to get into growing. Looking to build a good light to cover a 4'x4' flood table with about a 4.5'x4.5' scrog in a 5'x5' room (about7' tall)
OK so my question/ idea for a light is as follows
8 COB LED -
cxb3590 3500k 36v @1400ma 50wea
2 LED drivers -
HLH 185H-C1400B
5 - Lumia 5.2 v4 (5 channel chip) 70wea
25 drivers 1 per channel per chip -
LDD 1000H
13 - pin heatsink (passively cooled)
Controler
1 for the cxb3590
1 for the Lumia 5.2 v4
To connect everything make a frame of 1" aluminum tubing

So my question is, will this be enough light for my room(veg and flower)?
Attached is a diagram of roughly what I'm going for. The circles are approximate light output per cob. Does this setup/ arrangement of the lights look best. I know the whole light will set me back a little under 2k and I can go get a hps for way less or even a plug and play led but where's the fun in that, also I've been seeing some impressive grows with the cobs.

The Lumia 5.2 v4 on the other hand I just ran across and was really looking for some info on any one using the in there diy lights, results, thoughts, hate it love it if want to hear it. They look cool and the fact that each channel can be controlled it nifty (a pain in the ass when working with 25 drivers but can be done)

Again like I said in the beginning in just starting out with growing and diy lights and I'm just looking for some help and info. Thanks in advance. 20161212_000645.jpg

I haven't used the lumia from what I have seen its mainly used in aquariums.
Using the cob calculator and a 4x4 room running cobs at 1.4ma you can use 12 cxb3590 and it would give you a ppfd of 930 if you went with citizen clu-048-1818 you would need 10 cobs for the same area and have a ppfd of 970
A new cob is the luminus cxm series and they are supposed to be better than the citizen 1818 and a little cheaper

The https://www.cutter.com.au/proddetail.php?prod=cut2825 is for flowering and the emmerson effect using red wavelength to manipulate pr and pfr. helps them to sleep faster and harvest sooner. They are only used 10 min before lights off.

Why do you want to add the lumia?
A 3000k led will veg and flower since you have limited space. What I mean by limited space is same area for veg and flower.

Not sure I just thought that adding some Reds and blues would help. But if u think just stick with the cxb3590's and maybe make a smaller deep red spot light / flood light design for sunrise/sunset (15on b4 lights come on 15on after lights go off)

OK so then the hardest part is picking what mfg of cobs you want. Like I said earlier 12 cree 3590 @ 1.4ma or 10 citizen 1818 or luminus cxm22 all work in a 4x4 you could even use the quantum boards

New question
Any thoughts on cooling?
Was looking to go active from my diagram. But have been thinking of liquid cooled.
Idk I think with the right liquid cooled setup I could keep the lights and room cool with minimal hvac needs and run the lights super efficient

These leds will not need to the cooling that a hps needs. Once you have a cob in mind then you can start looking at drivers and heatsinks. If you want to go liquid cooled you will be designing and building your own. What are your diy skills like?
How hard you want to drive them will also tell you what size heatsink you will need. Since you are looking towards more efficiency I would look at the quantum boards https://northerngrowlights.com/collections/all/products/quantum-boards?variant=27684088712
or the luminus 22 http://cobkits.com/product/luminus-cxm22-3000k-80-cri/
You mabe able to get away without active cooling or adding ac run the cobs softer and bigger heatsink just have good airflow from fans.
