I have made one and it is doing great after I made mods for my setup. Here is the first thread it was on.

I am starting today running the pump 24-7 now that this new thread answered the questions I had from the other thread.. I am having rooting problems with this last crop of clones. I am using a cheap timer so I will running the pump for 15min on and then 15min off. Have you tryed running it this way Lurk? Also have you had leaks from around the lid? Thanks
I run 15/15. My roots do great for the most part, though being on so long does build up enough water to leak a little. I've seen people use poly-film and make a curtain around the inside perimeter of the lid to be rid of that. Weather stripping's okay too but if the lid's less than perfect you're gonna have a leak anyways.

To prevent leaks you could just run two layers of electrical tape (the more expensive stuff is thicker and may only need one layer) around the rim of the tote... 2 years after the fact. but I'm sure somebody's gonna read this... ha ha ha!
