I run the sprayers 24 and they're 3weeks in the last pic
your plants look excellent but they are running out of room.. have you thought about moving some of them to a different tub?
i have a similar setup as you except i run my sprayers for 3 hours and off for 3 hours.. trying to see if there is a difference from running 24/7, or letting them dry out a little (to encourage more root growth). your roots look kinda small/short for plants that size though.

i have a diy aero, i run 30 mins on 1hour off. previous grow i ran 24hrs on, 30 on 3hrs off and 30 on 2hrs off, and 30 on/off. 30 on 1hr off seems like the best compromise i can get out of my 5$ timer, and my roots are sick so it's what i'm going to keep using. One on five off would probably be best for clones though.
I use GH nutes, it works for me, FN is reported to be bad, can crystalize and fuck arround on you with not mixing itself well and all kinds of other horror stories. People have success too, i'm just saying i'd shy fron FN. FF is sick and should give you awesome buds.

i use technoflora (starter kit) best bang for the buck.. first time using these nutes but heard good stuff about it.
i'd try to put the sprayers on a timer to see changes in root growth. 30 mins on / 1-2hrs off. it's not to say you'll get better roots, but usually letting some of the roots dry a tad makes them grow more as they look for water when they start drying..
i keep bubbler on 24/7 though. make sure you have enough bubbles too.. i'd use at least 2 12inch air stones with a decent output air pump. any roots that go down into the water should be surrounded in bubbles..
