DIY - 5 Litre DWC Pot - Simple!!!!!!!

So, I have been designing my DWC system, based on PipeDream's brilliant post in the FAQ section here.

Having made Mk1, I decided to make Mk2 last night, and it's even better. Because I couldn't see the pics from PipeDreams setup, I had to use the description he gave, and imagine my own system, which has been SUCH fun.

So now you can see the steps to making a 5 litre DWC pot, and let me tell you, if you have all the stuff you need, this is the ultimate in FUN FUN FUN. I could sit and make these all day.

Shopping list for a 2 pot DWC system (TM - PipeDream)

1x Air pump (Dual output min 90L/hr, quiet)
2x 1m standard airline
2x airstones (or actually, the smaller and cheaper, the better)
2x 8cm basket pots
2 x 5l Food-grade containers with tight lids
1x Roll of Aluminum Foil Tape
Hydroton Clay pebbles
1 x Piece of Diamond Mylar to cover the lids (you can use the aluminium foil tape if you don't want to buy this stuff)

Tools:

hand held drill with small drill bits
craft knife
Glue (I used a glue gun, you could normal super glue)

Instead of giving a long description (you can find that in the FAQ under DIY hydro systems - PipeDream), I will simply post the pics, and you can ask me questions, if anyone even reads this post!

All questions are welcome, I currently have Mk1 running with some capsicum seed in germination, so I know the system is tight!

Thanks guys,

Blue

so now we're nearing the final stages...keep watching...

So this is the last post for this DIY thread. I hope it can help some people, including my friends on mainland Europe, and I would love to get any comments or constructive criticism on this Mk2 DWC bubblepot.

Thanks for watching!

Textbook really, DWC Bubble Buckets are the future for efficient, fast, stealthy grows.

Thanks for your comments. Just fired Mk2 up with a "herb" seed, fully ph'ed weak nutrient solution, under 50w CFL. I love the concept of the bubble bucket SOOO much.
