Distance from canopy for SF2000

How far do you guys keep these lights?...veg n flower...its gonna be my 1st time using one of these lights...I'll sprout my seeds under a weaker blurple n probably move them under the SF at around 3rd node...how far should the SF be at that stage n then for flower?

The light is possible to run from seedling to flower. Is the model you have dimmable? If so then start with it dimmed down then slowly bump up the wattage. I ran 1 sf 1000 that I didn't dim in shorter tent and simply ran it higher up and had no issues. In addition I also used 2 lower wattage shop lights on the sides of the tent.

Yeah its dimmable...but how many inches are you hanging the light above the plant/plants...12, 18, 24?...or is it not really that serious...the reason for concern is I've bleached out plants with LEDs too close...

Hang high to start, about 50%...let them acclimate. Every few days, turn it up some. Once you hit full on, then slowly over days lower it until the plants let you know their sweetspot.
