My glass for my reflactor expoded yesterday,,dont ask me why? i just walked in my room and looked on the floor and the glass was everywhere. i called them they said it was NOT part of the LIFETIME warrenty i have on the Light fixture..The Glass was pretty thick,it was tempered glass about 1/2 in. thick,,they said they have not heard of this before with this item,, they repeatedly asked me how it broke..i told them i have no clue..anyway they said no warrenty & they cant help me..I said go fuck yourself and you losta customer for life in under a year i spent over $2000 with them..FUCK THEM>>>>
