Discolored leaves

Hi Everyone.

I have 2 beautiful plants, but one of them has a brownish coloration on it big leaves. Does anyone know what this might be?

I think it might be
Magnesium: Lower leaves turn yellow along the tips and margin and between the veins; the lower leaves wilt...

Does that sound right?
I added another picture.

I have something that looks VERY similar but the discoloration is not quite so uniform. The coloring and the form of the discoloration is exactly on point. I was figuring it might be magnesium...but I also realize that I'm just friggin' groping. Luckily the new growth looks unaffected. Any possibility it's some sort of fungus? I add that it seems as if it happened overnight, almost.

This is my first time growing so I'm just guessing.
New growth looks more of less healthy.
