Do they have the ballast components with them too or is it just the bulbs and housings?

The ballast is in the housing. You just need to wire a plug on and viola. pm what you think is fair and if you have anything to trade i need hps

after hearing the ballast is in the housing and having to wire up stuff myself i came to the conclusion since im no electrician and i would have to pay to get it done my offer would be low such as 20-30 dollars at most..

On top of that why would you need hps..mh can grow fine buds and since ou have 3 you should be good in that department.

bc idk how to make it light up... i plugged it into my wall and it just buzzed, never sparked up, I think I need a different higher powered socket.

It could be the ballast is fucked or the bulb/Did you try all of them.
Besides are you close to new york?
