Dinafem Roadrunner light schedule

So the breeder says it should be kept in 20/4 light schedule for optimal grow speed.
I'm not sure I'll be able to do more than 18/6 because of heat in my small space.

Has any of you done 18/6 vs 20/4 with Dinafem Roadrunner ,is there really much difference?

Not really too much of a difference
18/6 is fine.
I'd listen to advice here on RIU over breeders advice (not necessarily mine though )

I've looked some more into it and noticed that 20/4 might just be Dinafem's general advice for autoflowering plants.So it's not strain specific.

I would always take the breeders advice into consideration they are the ones that know more about the strain then anyone else through creating and the testing (that i hope they are doing)
18/6 will work just fine
But autos in general perform best at 20/4

20/4 is better for auto strains....but 18/6 will still do a fine job

The difference being in increased yield or speed of growth?

Both.
Not time to wait until cropping though; she'll be ready when she's ready, light doesn't effect this....
