Dinafem Blue Widow

i moved this from the aerogarden section because i am only gonna be using the ag for the first two weeks then i will move to a bp system. my last grow is in my sig so if u want check it out.

this time ill be doing one blue widow under a 400w mh for veg and a 400w hps for flower.

anyone think i should just do the hps the whole way through?

let me know any input would be nice.

I have 3 of them in flower right now. Man, these things have THE fattest leaves and branches ive grown. The stalk is easily the size of a quarter at week 4 of veg. and the second set of branches are bigger then the main stalks of most of the other strains ive grown, lol.

very strong plant from Dinafem from what ive seen so far. Lets see what kinda candy she produces though :)

i wish i had more of them all i have is my freebe from the tude i cant wait to see either ill check out yyour grow
 
seed cracked!! prob by tomorow i can put it in the ag. this thing cracked in less than 24 hrs in a wet paper towel in a sandwhich bag with the air sucked out of it on top of a ps3 that was left on...gotta love it
 
I wish i woulda took a pic of mine at about 3 week old. There were about 5 nodes within 2 inches. Thing is, each branch coming from there was freaking thick as hell, AND the fan leaf stem was as thick, or thicker then the branches. AAAAND, all the branches where growing straight up next to the main stem. LOL, I was like holy shit, wtf am I gonna do. ;)

It took nicely to the scrog and the nodes gained alot of space in weeks 4and 5(week 5 was flowering)

the one to the left front is Haze(from dinafem), the other 3 are blue widow from Dinafem. Just look at the difference in the stalks/branches and how they are growing. The one in the far back corner is a lot thicker then the one up front too.

week 5, ~20-24 inches, any branches and fan leaves under the screen that wont make the screen by now have been removed. It was a JUNGLE under there.

damn ive had my branches grow straight up but not like directly from the nodes thats fuckin crazy
 
put it in the ag and now the waiting game starts

curious to see how they turn out. definately a nice looking strain.
as far as the question of using the hps all the way through id highly recommend the mh for veg esp if you have 1 already, run the hps one or 2 days a week to give them a bit of red/orange if the nodes are too tight for your liking. but trust me I just bought a conversion bulb after veging under hps and am rofling at the results. much quicker growth tighter nodes and nicer color.

so im just reading through everyone elses stuff and i was wondering if u guys think i should LST this thing or just top it at the 3rd node getting me 6 "shoots"
 
check out my third grow down in my sig, thats my LST grow. i think it werked well, but i DO belief it put unnecessary stress, but i took the whole 'lst' thing to another level tho. check it out!
