Last evening I had s brief power outage due to high winds because hurricane, when the power came back on my digital timer lost it's preset time, got a mechanical one now.
Anyhow what I need to know is wether my plants suffer stress because it was deprived of it's normal lights out cylcle? And I may have made it worst by the rapid on/off cycle. My normal cycle is off at off at 11:00 pm/ on at 5:00 am, power went out at 9:30 pm came back aroud 11:30 pm I discovered lights were still on around 2:30 am programed my regular hours which put them back to sleep mode. Will that hurt the plants?
