This looks like it might be better than a Zorb.

Any thoughts?

I have that exact same one works great, been using it for years without any flaws.
IMO it is a good choice.

Umm I not sure but I use Pruning Shears to chop and then Fiskars to manicure them.
Hope that helps you out
