Digital ballast????

If cost isn't an option go with the most expensive one you can find. I have 2 digital greenhouse 600 watt ones, agromax hps bulb and a mini sunsoaker hood, bought it new for under 300 bucks from HTGsupply. 2 yr warranty on the ballast. I haven't had an issue with the ballast yet. It did come with a grow bright bulb when I bought it, that stopped working and they replaced it with an agromax bulb. Much Better bulb

It claims to light both. The thing is 600 watt MH aren't easy to come by. You're gonna need a conversion bulb. I flower with HPS and veg with fluoros. If you're planning to go with a 400 watt set up both bulbs should work with with the same ballast.
