different tastes

with this harvest i did 3 at once all same time grown from same seeds. Only 1 plant has a great taste"tropical" while the other 2 taste much more
"earthy" can someone tell me why.

if it is not a stable strain, or a IBL, then you will end up with different Pheno types when grown from seed. it is like your brother or your sister. you both came from the same mom and dad but you guys are different. right

i have had a totall of 4 havests with a total of 8-9plants 3 tasted great the tropical kind wile the other have had a more earthy taste when smoked an not a strong smell at all. all the plant grown were bacially all different plant"came from different bags" but the growth an taste is very simerler.is there a way im affecting the taste somehow with the earthy ones

thats why clones are so essential, you find the best of the best and save that one for the next generation.

so you mean the seeds you are growing arnt from the same bag? and that your enviroment or you are the cause of the characteristics in the pot? and you want to know what you are doing? did you label your pots. how do you know what plant came from what seed and bag. like if i had a bag a pot and found a seed and didnt know what strain it was, i would write down the specs of the pot. looks smells tastes highs. so i know what plant came from what kind of weed even though i dont know that name, as it is growing i would also document the way the plant grows as well. im guessing you didnt do this and really dont remember what typed of weed it was supposed to be anyway. because you didnt do that it is alot harder to determine what you did if you did anything to make the characteristics change. and if you are smoking that moldy pot that would give it an earthy taste as well! lol
