Different strains

I want to purchase NYCDIESEL G13 & BIGBUD SEEDS. Any best practice methods for germinating these strains. Seeds are pricey and i need to make a return on my investment. i tried in the past before without success.
 
My surefire way of germinating is to put the seeds in a folded damp paper towel then into a plastic ziplock container. Put it in a cupboard and check every 24 hours. I've never had a seed not germinate.

Just like he said.
Put them in a glass with about 2 inches of water in it for 24 hrs. Then Plant them. Ya cant go wrong.
