Never seen a white cola like this before....wondering if the led light i've been using bleached my cola? ANy ideas? This normal?
Im thinking my grow is ready for harvest... Is it?

18 inches away or so. Wondering if the intensity of the light bleached it rather than heat. as the led is cool

i have herd of leds bleaching buds. what wattage led do you have? i have one that is about 160w total and its only about 10-12 inches from the tops.

And it's not ready to harvest yet...you should wait until all the hairs are no longer white milky color...

So on a serious note. Will i die if i smoke white bud? lol. Im assuming that's it's still good to go.

hair color has nothing to do with harvest time. some strains will turn red at 3-4 weeks while some will not turn that much. trichs are the indicator of harvest time.

Yep, it ruins them. Only the the affected area. That is a first for me to hear about LED bleaching... Wow! They're a little more intense that I thought.

I agree and we are 100% correct on the diagnosis. I have the problem myself having bought too large of an LED for what I was doing...the tips of the white widows all got it because they outgrew the other specie's colas and this is what they did exactly. Move your light away from the plants or bend them nastards to where they aren't so close

When this happens to the buds, they lose their potency and the white part of the bud becomes junk... although it may look great. Sorry it sucks but the stuff that is green will make up for it

I only feel the need to answer seriously because you said on a serious note. No, you will not die. No one has ever died of smoking any kind of weed, be it white, purple, or green. The only way smoking bleached weed could kill you is if it was bleached with actual bleach. Don't smoke bleach. But if you don't want your glittery white buds, I'd always be happy to take them off your hands for you.
