did my kalashnikova which is 2 weeks in flowering stage flower too slowly?

just as the tittle,i think it is very healthy.but i can't find any sign of flowering.is that normal?and one more question ,should i add some earth in?

How long has it been on 12/12???

Oh sorry i reread it. Well if its been on 12/12 for 2 weeks with no light leaks or anything then you should be seeing pistils here pretty soon but it might take another week depending on the genetics and strain of weed and set up

If she wasn't flowering I would def transplant her to a bigger pot with much more soil in it! But now that she is I dunno... Add soil and water her 'cause judging by the pics the soil looks really dry and the pot too small! 3 or 5 gal pots would be ideal!!

Dont know if this helps but I watched the GH grow of the Kalashnikova and they flowered for 9 weeks I believe now Im sure they had everything perfect but it took them about a week or more to show pistols after switching to flower so let it go for another week and try and make conditions close to perfect as you can.
