Did lucas change his formula

could someone help me make sense of what Im reading,
Im sure that is flora nova bloom thats in the change and it says 8-16 FNB well how can that be if FNB is a one part nute ? And seriously does anyone use this formula with great results ??
Add-Back- is it for every gallon of RO water you replace you just add 8ml of micro/16ml of bloom Ive read it and Im still confused it just sounds too easy to trust .
No additives whaaaaaaa could this be true ??

I don't know where you read this but the lucas formula only applies to the three part gen. hydro flora series and the formula is usually written 0-8-16 GMB to denote the amounts of each grow, micro, and bloom parts in ml. Someone may have added the F for the flora part and mistyped an N instead of an M for the micro. Flora Nova is indeed a one part nutrient and there is no way it would ever be included in this formula. I use the veg formula recommended by Lucas which is 0-5-10 per gallon with good results but I use advanced nutrients for flowering. Nutrients are are pretty similar and I would imagine they're decent. As far as additives go you will be able to grow without additives but it is possible you will not achieve your maximum potential. You're assertion as to adding back 8-16 for each gallon you return to your reservoir is correct. If it is helpful I've also gone months in veg with this formula without a need to flush and had no problems. yes and some no, Ive been reading lucas's threads and seen that he mentioned FNB maybe it was him giving advice but it kept coming up Im still reading and post my findings if I run across it again !
