did it turn to male?

hi guys
well i am down to four plants.Two turned out to be male.Out of the four i have left,two are female and the other two are unknown right now.One of the female has a little ball growing from it, it is only one on the whole plant.Take a look at pic and tell me what u think,should i be worried that its turning to a male? should i just pull it off? will it come back?
Sorry for all the questions but this plant was doing good until i seen this single ball
this plant started out as a window grow and i placed them outside,they are 10 weeks old and 2 weeks outside and 8 weeks on window ledge before i moved them outside

It just has one ball. It's definitely a female because lots of little hairs growing out. But I worried about one little ball growing,

Its turning into a hermie, pluck off all the balls as fast as you can. If you're diligent enough with picking them off she could stop the sexual transformation.
